Merril Lynch's defunct ads with the herds of bulls running gave way to their ads with one loan bull confident in his strategy - or his peice of turf. Real estate is a great asset to own. Ask anyone with a memory. The rougher times are better for buying. Rents are up too. Find a way to buy a house and rent it out. You'll be amazed what that one move will do to your fortunes 10 years from now.
