Not sure if you ever seen these homes. They were terribly built! Stairways were shaking! Square footage is wrong-they includes garage to their sft.
Hmmmm... I did see these and I was actually impressed with the quality of construction. And no reason for me to be biased here.
I'm not a huge fan of how congested Boynton is, although that's not a bad offset to new construction and nice layouts.
