Hi, my wife and I are considering buying a loft at 333 Santana Row (De Forest), some other agent showed us one of the apartment on the 3rd floor facing the Santana Row, we like the view and the direction of the apartment. However we would like to remodel the whole kitchen area, and remodel the upstairs bedroom as well, so we are wondering if you know the HOA or property management allows resident to do that? Thank you very much.

Many of the units have been remodeled. The HOA does allow remodels in the units with certain provisions. Any work that requires a City of San Jose permit, must be done with one. Also, opening walls adjacent to other units or common space is not allowed without HOA approval. Some loft expansions are not possible with out this.
Also, some of the A model loft configurations are easier to modify than others.
